MetFDA Launches New Website

On January 5, 2021, the Metropolitan Funeral Directors Association (MetFDA) launched a new website - www.metfda.org. The overall goal was to provide a faster, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly experience for members and consumers alike.

"As a leading industry organization, it is important for us to make member resources and industry information easily accessible for our members and their staff," said Executive Director Mike Lanotte. "We also wanted to create a welcoming, informative site for consumers seeking funeral services."

Here’s what to expect on the new site:

• General information about the MetFDA and the funeral services industry
• A complete section specifically for consumers – including a dynamic “Find a Funeral Home” feature
• A robust membership section including an interactive dashboard and a comprehensive resources section (exclusive to active MetFDA members)
