Session Description

This course will lead funeral directors through a presentation that provides concrete ways to decrease past dues internally to bring in more revenue. Discussion content includes how to:

  • Reduce the occurrences of past due receivables
  • Follow up with greater success when past dues occur
  • Understand financially when internal processes are no longer beneficial
  • Find the best option for external help

Presenter: Katie Borchers, RN MSHA is a nurse who transitioned from healthcare to owning and overseeing Beyond Green Solutions (BGS). BGS believes past due receivables can be recovered for small to mid-sized business through collaboration and moderation between businesses and their consumers. Katie’s team uses her empathetic collections process to bring lost revenue back to businesses without tarnishing reputations.
