And Help Fight Hunger in Our Local Community

NYSFDA is launching the Chapter Model Pilot Program in a big way! As part of our collective efforts to support local communities, NYSFDA and members from pilot Chapters (including the MetFDA) are volunteering at Regional Food Banks across the state this fall. 

Roll up your sleeves and volunteer your time at the Food Bank of NYC at Union Square Park. Together we’ll sort and repack donated food and other items to prepare them for distribution to our local community. All MetFDA and NYSFDA members, including funeral home staff and family members, are welcome to volunteer.
